My manager is wants to know how she can get codes G0477 and G0483 reimbursed through Medicaid, Medicare, and all other commercial plans can anybody tell me how I would go about doing this. She uses Millennium.

G0477 is a deleted code as of 01/2017. Medicare pays for new code 80305 with QW modifier. I am not sure about the other codes as we don't perform them in our office.
