Is there a reason a provider would bill for the TC for these studies on one day, then the 26 on the following day? Procedure codes are: 51726, 51727, 51728, 51729, 51741, 51784, 51792 and 51797 (not all necessarily on the same day/patient).

Thanks in advance for any info!

In our office, the TC is performed by a RN under the supervision of a physician. The physician then has to read (26) the report and provide their physician interpretation. If the 26 is done on the same day as an office visit, say to discuss the UDS, then obviously you have to 51/59 that claim.
