could you please tell me if there is a HCPCS code for LUMAX Abdominal and Urethral Catheters used to do urodynamics studies. TY
 
The urinary catheters used for urodynamics are intermittent catheters too. Check whether A4351 A4352 can be used for this prupose instead of Lumax Fibroptics variety. It is just my openion not sure.
