Wiki Urodynamics Study done 2x in same setting

Clinic does a complete Urodynamic study (51728-51797-51784-51741) then the patient empties bladder and they insert a pessary and repeat the entire Urodynamics study again. Because the codes have a MUE of 1 we can't bill using a repeat modifier of 76 the clinic is wanting to bill a modifier 22. Is anyone else doing this out there and if so what do you advise?

Although the MUE is one, I would look to break this edit with billing all the repeated urodynamic codes with modifier-76.
I would leave it to the carrier to determine payment. However, if denied, I woukld appeal as repeated procedures after a treatmwent, pessary.
