could someone help with code please..the doctor performed 50543 .partial nephrectomy.
later into the surgery he indicated the depth of the tumor was unknown and he had to perform ..intraoperative ultrasound.. he wants this to be billed as a separate procedure
but if I understand correctly ..this is included in the 50543 code...is this correct or do I need to bill 50542 also?
