Hello, I am looking for some feedback on the CPT code for instillation of Jelmyto. Provider states 52005, but I am questioning this as I have seen conflicting information that states I should use 51720.

1. Cystoscopy with bladder biopsy
2. Right ureteral catheter placement and instillation of Jelmyto
3. Intraop use of fluoroscopy for guidance with interpretation of images
