Hi I am new to Urology coding and here is my question:

My doctor performed a cysto retrograde and left stent placement are the correct codes 52332 for the cysto retrograde and 52282 for the stent placement? He also does a cystoscopy and catheter placement, are the correct codes 52214 for the cystoscopy and 55875 for the catheter placement?

What is the diagnosis or reason for the retrograde and sten? Is the catheter temporary or permanent? Where was it placed?
 
The DX for the retrograde and stent placement is 593.4 and the stent is temporary. The DX for the Cystoscopy and catheter placement is 602.1, the operative report does not state if the foley catheter is temporary or permanent.
