Can anyone help please??

I have a surgeon that removed a foreign body via scope through a patients stoma in the ileal conduit. CPT codes 44380 - 44383 describe an illeoscopy through a stoma, but none referr to foreign body removal. Do I have to go unlisted for this??

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
