Ultrasonic guidance needle placement with imaging supervision and interpretation of two separate lesions in the left breast. The procedure required several passes to complete. How would the imaging procedure be coded according to general CPT Guidelines.Please suggest me with this

I looked through but couldn't find what i looked for!..We code 79642 only once although many biopsy performed at one side of breast.When it comes as bilateral site we code 76942*2.Help me to confirm what we follow is correct according to guidelines.Thank u :)
