Hello, our pediatric radiology department are performing US VCUG instead of XR VCUG and was curious on what the codes that would be used. Everything is the same as the VCUG study but they are using ultrasound to image instead of fluoroscopy. I was thinking of 76770 and 51600?

Any thoughts would be great.
Thanks

51600 - VCUG is also known as MCUG. This is a technique "performed to detect reflux by watching a person's urethra and urinary bladder during his or her micturition". The test is usually performed in a hospital radiology department or in a health care provider's office by an X–ray technician.

76770 - "A retroperitoneal ultrasound is a noninvasive procedure used to assess the body parts within the abdomen (i.e.Kidneys, urinary bladder, and aorta). This particular code is used when the ultrasound is complete and requires real–time image documentation".
