Wiki Use of 11981

Good morning List,

It's Wednesday and my mind is gone. When doing a TKA 27447, doctor cannot bill for the use of antibiotic cement with 11981. I say no but want to verify that I am correct.

Our ortho docs only use 11981 for drug delivery beads, not antibiotic cement. That is usually billed by the facility, not the physician.
