I have a plastic surgeon that performed a nasalis musculocutaneous flap based on the facial artery, however, this is not one of the listed sites in the i.e. section of the code. Can 15733 be used for this procedure or only those listed after the i.e.? I have found conflicting information that only those listed after the i.e. can be used vs if eg had been used and just want to make sure that I am coding these appropriately.
