Hi,

Physician has documented
462-Acute pharyngitis
463-Acute tonsillitis
in this situation can we use 465.8-Tosillopharyngitis.

In another situation
462-Acute pharyngitis
464.00-Acute laryngitis
in this situation can we use 465.0-Acute laryngopharyngitis

Please guide me through this.
