Wiki use of modifier GT and 24 at same visit

kiddo had wart procedure and 4 days later came in for depression, this was a telehealth visit, we billed 99214 with modifier GT, blue cross requirement, and modifier 24 due to visit during 10 global of wart, getting edits no matter how i sequence, what am i missing?
