I'm working with Nextgen as our EHR at our Community Health Clinic (FQHC) and I have a few questions that I wanted to discuss for a better work flow process on running statements for self-pay patients, reversing charges and Provider Dictionary (what check list should be in place when upgrading information besides this dictionary). I appreciate any information for our EHR system.
