I work for a pain management group and have recently started doing some auditing. We are questioning the use of -25 on same day visits.

Our physicians bill for E/M visit 99214-25 as well as Psychological testing 96103 on same day service, same claim........is that correct? should there be another modifier used or no modifier needed at all?
