Hi All,

If the patient has 2 uterus and 2 cervix (uterine didelphys). Md did hystrescopy procedure first scope was inserted through the 1st cerix to the uterus then remove the scope and inserted to the 2nd cervix to the 2nd uterus. Can we code this with 58555 and 58555-59?
