Hi,

Can some one explain me in details of bundling and unbundling for Uterus and Ovary specimens.

Also, let me know your thoughts, how to code the below specimens.

B: UTERUS, FIBROIDS, MYOMECTOMY:
: LEIOMYOMATA.

C: RIGHT OVARY, CYSTECTOMY:
: SIMPLE SEROUS CYST AND MULTIPLE CYSTIC FOLLICLES.

D: LEFT OVARY, CYSTECTOMY:
: SEROUS CYSTADENOMA WITH FOCAL PROLIFERATION AND ATYPIA,

The answer to bundling rules is pretty detailed. I have info from Padget's but it's copyright so I can't copy and paste. I will see if I can find something I can share.

In answer to this specific case:
A and B are bundled to 88307
C can be separately charged 88307 because the ovary has significant pathology
