Wiki V Code for need for injection

An out-of-town patient presents with a need for their Haldol injection. They bring the med with them, just needs the injection. I need a v code but can't find one that seems appropriate. They aren't presenting for administrative purposes and this isn't a need for a vacc or inoculation. Any suggestions?

I guess i would use the reason they are getting the Haldol as the diagnosis code, not a V-code. I have a patient who does this weekly and I use the schizoprenia code and have had no problems with payment from Medicare.

Thanks for your help. We weren't dx them with the disorder so I was thinking we would code the encounter. That helps!
