What are the criteria necessary to use Screening High Risk mammography?
Is CAD used in both High Risk and general mammographies?
What is the Cancer Association's Risk Assessment range that would be considered High Risk?

Any input you have would be so helpful!!

for the cad answer, we use ICAD on all of our mammograms regardless of history or risks. So, yes it can be used on all but report must state ICAD was utilized. some payers do try and bundle the ICAD when used in conjunction with digital mammograms, but that can be appealed.

Generally speaking most of the referring doctor's specify if the patient is high risk if not clinically present. ie personal history of cancer
