I know I can just do a ICD-9 to ICD10 crosswalk but the question came up at work today.. how would we find V49.89 "Other specified conditions influencing health status" by searching the index??? We were trying to find it in ICD10 then realized we dont even know how we found it in ICD9. haha! It's one of those codes we've just memorized. anyway... any help would be great. thanks!
