Wiki V5261 denied due to ICD 10 code H90.3

Hello,

I'm at a loss with this and not getting anywhere with the insurance company. We billed V5261 w/H90.3 and received a denial from Consociate Health/Cigna stating that the ICD 10 Code & HCPC code do not match. The diagnosis code is a valid code for V5261. I was advised to either send a correct claim or appeal, but nothing more than that. Has anyone else had this issue when billing for hearing aids?
