If a pt comes in a month before her phsyical to get lab done, what Dx code should be used? any of the V70 because they are part of her yearly routine exam? Pt has MS

If the labs are screening then use screening V codes if the labs are because the patient is currently taking medications that need to be monitored then use the V58.83 with a V58.6x code for the drug.
