Can we bill 0001A for Covid vaccination administered by a RN? We have patient's consent, RN's brief note on the bottom of the consent form, stating she injected into left deltoid. Do we need doctor's note?

Usually when performed by RN without a visit by a provider we do not bill. What type of facilty is it and the payer?
