I work in a pediatrician office and while I have been converting all my ICD-9 code to ICD-10 codes, I have found that the different V codes for immunizations that I currently use are going to just one ICD-10 code. My question is, on the CMS 1500 claim form, to get proper reimbursement, will I have to use the one code multiple times as children often get more than one immunization at a time, I am just wondering on how it will work for the diagnosis pointers on the forms. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do not want to wait until the last minute to figure this out.

Thanks
