When a patient comes in for a well visit and we administer vaccines do they need a modifier?
 
Vaccine Modifier

Depends on the insurance carrier. BCBS, Humana, United Health Care and some of the MA plans also do. Prestige, Stay Well Ambetter and Healthease.
