I need assistance choosing the correct diagnosis. I would appreciate if you guys can help.

patient was admitted for having abdominal pain, her diagnosis was preterm labor, the next day patient had vaginal bleeding, membranes were noted in the vaginal vault. tocolysis was initiated a. due to further findings of fetal part of the vagina the decision was made to continue with management. this was a nonviable gestional age. Patient delivered vaginal. According to this... this was a nonviable vaginal delivery... post delivery dx per provider is preterm labor, and probable chorioamnionitis... What diagnosis can I use... CPT 59400 since the patient was over 21 wks and had prenatal care with us
