Wiki Vaginal Laceration Repair

My provider repaired a 5 cm deep vaginal laceration on a patient. She is not OB. I'm trying to decide whether to use 57200 or 57210 as the wording on 57210 is a bit confusing with the and/or. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Would you also consider using 12042? Looking at vaginal injury vs. laceration of the skin of the genitals?

I thought about that, but it is a vaginal injury resulting from sex....and there's not an external code for that. So I leaned more toward the repair codes.

There was no suturing of the perineum.
