We have a patient that delivered vaginally. She was then taken to the OR because the provider felt that she wasn't able to repair her vaginal sidewall tear appropriately. Since the repairs are generally included in the global, should we add a 22 to the delivery code or bill an unlisted code with the delivery? Thank you for your help!
