Hello my name is Maria and I work for an FQHC facility. I wanted to ask a question and see if anyone can help. Most of our secondary claims are dropped to paper and mailed. We have recently been receiving rejected claims from one of our biggest payer due to Rejection code :1447 - Value amount. Nothing has changed in our billing process and we have certified billers look into this and we haven't been able to figure out what the insurance is requesting. These are billed on UB04 claims. We have made several attempts to call our PSR to get this issue resolved without any success. I have tried contacting just the call center reps as well and they cant seem to give me a resolution either. Has anyone seen this or have any suggestions. Thank-you. :confused:
