There is an ICD9 procedure code, 17.71, for Non-Coronary intra-op fluorescence vascular angiography, but only an unlisted radiology procedure code, 76499, in CPT. Want to find a value reference for the ICD9 proc code, to help in setting one for the unlisted CPT code. Can anyone help? Thanks!
