Hello,
We have a provider that would like to bill out for "placement of vancomycin intraoperative powder". The op report says "Vancomycin powder was sprinkled in the wound especially given his history of MRSA in the past". I do not feel we can code and bill out for the provider doing this in a ASC. Thank you for any help with this! :)
