Wiki Varicose Vein Surgery and Modifier 22

Has anyone who codes for Varicose Veins had success with using Modifier 22 to 36475, 36476, 36478, 36479, 36482, 36483 when your surgeon has had to access the vein via 2 access points? I.E. maybe there was a tortuous vein and you had to access above and below, etc? Would like some guidance with this and any coding success you have had with this as it requires extra equipment to be used etc.
