Wiki Varicose veins in Adolescents

We have a 13 year old patient diagnosed with varicose veins. The ICD-10 codes are for adults. Can anyone help me?

did it get diagnosed as congenital (Q27.8)? Were there any other symptoms? Venous Reflux (I87.2)? Seems like your going to have to break the varicose vein diagnosis down to vein disorders.
