Wiki Varus/Valgus and Osteoarthritis

I have a physician who documents the dx for varvus or valgus along with osteoarthritis like the example below.

Diagnosis:
Right knee severe valgus osteoarthritis

Is this enough to code M21.061 and M17.11?

I would agree with the codes, but would list M17.11 first since the valgus is a manifestation of the arthritis.
