Wiki Vascular Bill

I have just recently started billing for vascular procedures, and was hoping for some input of any kind.
If billing a 35476 and a 36147 and the note indicates particular drugs used for sedation, are those billed seperately or is this included into the procedure codes themselves.

Sedation?

Janet are you billing for the Pro fees (physician fees) or hospital billing? They would be entirely different.
