Dear all Can you please help me out coding a related issue for the CPT codes 37225, 37229, 37233, and 37232 these procedures are getting denied as inclusive one and another. Only 37229 got paid rest got denied. Thanks for your prompt response.

We have had them denied as inclusive but also with a need medical records denial and they usually reprocess the claim after they receive the op report. Of course not all ask for medical records so we have had to send an appeal with the records even though the codes don't show as bundled together.
