What would the code be for Vascular Dementia with Behavioral Disturbance? There is no other documentation available. I was thinking it would be 294.11.
 
WE haver been working at this as well. Code first the reason for the vascular dementia--cva or whatever, then code your 290.4x. You can also use V40.3 to describe behavior problems.
