:I'm stuck coding a "bilateral groin cutdowns for aortic endograft". I've already got the other procedure coded: 34802 placement of single limb endograft.

Can someone point me in the right direction for coding cutdowns?

Stuck on another one

We're now trying to code a Cephalic Vein transposition. However, reading the op notes points us nowhere. they read: we extended the incision down to the cephalic vein.all of the side branches were ligated. we reapproximated the subcutaneous tissues underneath the vein, and then above.

Is this a cephalic vein transposition, or something different?
