Wiki VAX D and DRX 9000

Is anyone familiar with these two machines?
Do you know the date that the DRX9000 was first manufactured and released for use in the office?
The HCPCS manual listed the billing code as S9090 for these machines.
Has anyone seen any other codes used in billing for these services/procedures?
