Hello, My neurointerventionalist does cerebral Angio's all the time. On this case he also did some selective catheters of the transverse sinus, sigmoid sinus and the superior sagittal sinus. Looking at anatomy pictures it seems like the same vein. Would it be 36012 x 1 or x 3? I'm so confused about this. Also what S & I codes would apply?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
