The provider has documented Venous insufficiency due to DM in the chart. How do I code this. I am confused about the E11.51 vs E11.59. I found that Venous insufficiency is a chronic form of PVD, but I can't find anything that tells me that I would use E11.51 for this. Any help is appreciated. thanks
