Arguing about the proper use of V46.11. I have heard that 48 hours is needed to pass before it can be assigned. I have heard that if the documentation states it there is no waiting period.
I just want to do it right. The research sites are woefully inadequate on this matter.

HELP!!
WHEN can we grab V46.11?
