I currently have taken on the task of working with a Critical Care physician and he was asking about the documentation guidelines to be able to bill for Vent Management. I'm hoping someone has some good resources that I can reference, as he's looking to make sure he has everything he needs in his notes to bill correctly.

Any help would be great!!
