Our ent dept, is trying to bill codes 92541,92544 & 92545, in which we
have received an edit from medicare stating the therapy modifier must be
used on a therapy code. The appropriate modifiers are: GO, GP, or GN.
This is new to us. Are code correct system is saying modifier 59 needs to
be added to 92544 & 92545. Also i also read in article that we should use
92540 with a 52 modifier(reduced services). Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
