Wiki Vestibular Testing

I am hoping someone can shed some light on my dilemma. I am billing the 92542, 92546, and 92547. They are all rejecting as non covered with WPS Medicare. They are all valid codes and i don't see a policy that states they are not covered. Has anyone had any issues billing for this testing before??

Can you tell me if you are billing more than one unit? are you appending any modifiers to the claim?

I am just billing one unit for each CPT and no modifiers.
