Hi,
Some of our Arizona Access carriers are rejecting the Vision and Audiometry codes as wrong modifier and we've been billing with 59 and EP. Looks like Codify says EP isnt correct but working with owner/insurer on what they want.
After a recent AAPC meeting on 59 VS the CMS X modifiers; would vision and audio on a wellness/sick visit be XU?
