How do you bill a visit when the patient was seen in the adult day care?
 
who were they seen by, what were they seen for,..what's "wanting/needing" to be billed that isn't included in the adult day services codes?
 
My doctor specializes in foot care and he saw the patient in the adult care site, not provided adult care services
