If we saw the pt on Friday 99213 and then the patient brought in a urine sample on the following Monday .. should we bill the U/A as part of Friday's visit ..or should we bill a 99211 + 81002 on Monday ?

ok, the U/A was performed and the findings were discussed with the patient (spending 5 minutes discussing this).. then wouldn't the 99211 would be justified ?
 
The findings were abnormal and the nurse discussed this with the pt and per the CPT book: a 99211 states the presence of a physician may not be required, so wouldn't that suffice?
