Does anyone know if there is a code for a Humphrey Visual Field 10-2? I know that 92083 is used for the 24-2, but I can't find a code for 10-2.

Question: We now use procedure code 92083 for a
30-2 visual field. We think we should also be using 92083
for a 10-2 red visual field, but we're not sure. Is that the
correct code?

Answer:
The CPT definition of 92083 includes the Humphrey
30-2 program as an example of an “extended
examination,” but even though the definition does not
specifically mention the Humphrey 10-2 VF, 92083 is the
code to report.
